We live in a world where most people are constantly working and under stress. After the Covid-19 pandemic, this situation has worsened. Our life energy has decreased, we have distanced ourselves from people. We could not make good use of the time we could spare for ourselves during the quarantine period bacause of fear. In this article, we will give you some advice for quality life.
Increase your water consumption
Increasing water consumption keeps your body vigorous. It keeps your organs working regularly and is good for your skin. Did you know that one of the causes of headaches is your body’s inability to meet its water needs?
Water strengthens your reflexes as much as it is good for your body. It also increases your concentration. A 2% water loss in the human body causes aggression, sleep disorders and even short-term memory loss.
Sleep regularly
Sleep is one of the most important factors for quality of life. 7-8 hours of sleep a day is ideal for the human body. Set a bedtime for yourself and go to sleep at the same time every day. Set a single alarm for yourself to wake up and do not delay. After a while, you will adapt to this order and you will feel more fit. Especially on weekends, many of us want to sleep more to relieve the pain of the whole week. But getting up early and having the whole day as your own allows you to both get your work done and relax.

Exercise for 1 hour every day
Exercising regularly allows you to release your energy. You sleep better at night. You can focus more easily while working. And besides, you spend your calories and have a fit physical appearance. In fact, contrary to what is thought, exercising does not tire the person. It makes you feel more energetic and alive.
Read at least 1 hour a day
You can start by finding out what kind of books you like first. Books open your horizons and make you feel relaxed. Your diction will improve and your vocabulary will increase considerably. The greatest invention of mankind is communication. You will feel that you express yourself better when communicating. Over time, the books you read will increase and you will have a small library of your own. As book lovers know, one of the greatest pleasures in the world is finishing a book. You have access to a completely different world and you will feel like an expert on it.
Get a hobby
Get a hobby that interests you. You may have no previous experience. Don’t give up and try to learn. Spend time with your hobby a few days a week.
