Erasmus Mundus

Another program within Erasmus+ is Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree. This program is not so known, but still it is very valuable and beneficial. This program promotes mobility within higher education system in EU countries and the rest of the world. By participating in this program You get to chance to study in at least 2 countries or 4 depending on the program. Which means you will spend each semester in a different country inside, outside of Europe or both. The duration of the program is between 12-24 months.

In order to apply you need to fulfill the following conditions:

  • Proof of English language proficiency
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Recommendation letters
  • To be eligible to be considered for a scholarship, students must first have secured a place on the degree program
  • both Eu and non-European citizens can apply

What is covered by scholarship:

  • a contribution to the student participation costs (including tuition fees, full insurance coverage and any other mandatory costs related to the student’s participation in the EMJMD study program;
  • a contribution to student travel and installation costs;
  • a monthly subsistence allowance for the entire duration of the EMJMD study program

The positive outcomes of this program:

  • A joint degree – a single degree issued on behalf of at least two universities
  • Multiple degrees – at least two degree-certificates issued by two or more universities
  • opportunity to live in several countries
  • opportunity to study in several countries and different faculties
