Next week Proder Ngo is starting with the new project “Include me”. This project is consisted of several activities and it will last during the whole month of April.
This project is focused on local youth from city of Eskisehir. The aim of the project is social inclusion of youth, participation in outside activities especially during the Corona times when a lot of youth is facing many mental challenges due to social exclusion and restrictions; participation in various workshop in order to try out different things and express the creativity, education, gaining knowledge about local culture and tradition, gaining skills and meeting new people, creating unforgettable memories and having fun.
Starting from Monday, we will visit district of Mihalıcçık, famous as a place of Yunus Emre grave; Sorkun Village, famous for its long tradition of pottery, where we will try out the art of pottery. Other activities next week will be workshop on how to write a CV in Eskisehir Youth Center, Çiğ köfte culinary workshop in Tepebasi Social Organization and Foundation and visit to Aşağı Kuzfındık village where we will organise clean up and picnik.
Our project Include me is not only focused on youth, we also organized activity of feeding stray animals because our furry friends are also part of this society and city and it is important for us to give them attention and take care of them.
